Kevin did a lot of work at our house in Berkhamsted, Herts, so when we moved to Sandhurst in 2004 to a house that needed a lot of refurbishment (including three bathrooms and the kitchen), we asked Kevin to commute to Berkshire to do the work for us. The work took place over the course of about nine months and Kevin did a great job on every room. So far as the kitchen was concerned, Kevin and Kirk fitted all the cupboards and the granite work surface, installed the integrated white goods, lay the floor tiles and did the decorating. As is always the case, some of the cupboards needed to be tailored to fit the space, but I was always confident that Kevin would ensure everything was completed to our satisfaction - which it was. He's a perfectionist, is completely trustworthy and always finds the solution to a problem.

Kevin refurbished our bathroom in 2000, as my husband and I found it difficult to get in and out of the bath. He redesigned the bathroom, replacing the bath with a large shower unit, helped us with selecting and purchasing the units from a local bathroom supplier, and carried out the refit in its entirety, including all plastering, tiling, electrics, plumbing and decorating. The work was carried out with the minimum of fuss, and the end result made the best use of the space available and was exactly what we wanted.
